1 cup medium grain rice
2-3 cups Made by Cow Cold Pressed Raw milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons butter
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Put rice in a pot and add 2 cups of milk. Stirring frequently, bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add more milk as needed until the rice is cooked. Remove from the heat and stir through vanilla extract, maple syrup and butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, then sit back, relax and enjoy.
