These creamy, nutritious icy poles are packed with healthy fats, probiotics, and natural sweetness perfect for a refreshing treat!

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups raw milk

1 Cup fresh or frozen fruit (e.g., strawberries, mango, banana, blueberries)

2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1/2 cup Greek yoghurt (optional for extra creaminess)

METHOD:

Step 1: BLEND - In a blender, combine raw milk, fruit, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

Step 2: POUR - Pour the mixture into icy pole holds. if using yogurt, swirl it into each cold for a marbled effect.

Step 3: FREEZE - Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully set.

ENJOY! - Run the moles under warm water for a few seconds to release the icy poles, then serve!
