Green Apple and Lime Bircher

 

A good day starts with a good breakfast, and you can’t go wrong with this green apple and lime bircher created by Luke Hines. All it takes is five minutes prep the night before, and you’ll wake up to this bowl of deliciousness that is filled with goodness. The best way to start the day, as seen on Cook With Luke, Channel 10.

Ingredients:

½ Cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats

2 Tbsp Shredded Coconut

2 Tbsp Pecans, Roughly Chopped

2 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds

2 Tbsp Almonds, Roughly Chopped

1 Tbsp White Chia Seeds

½ Tsp Ground Cinnamon

2 Green Apples, Grated

250mL Made By Cow Cold Pressed Raw Milk

Lime Zest and Juice

2 Tbsp Vanilla Yoghurt and Fruit to Serve

Method:

Step 1: Add the oats, coconut, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, grated apple and cold pressed raw milk to a bowl and mix well.

Step 2: Grate over the lime zest, squeeze in lime juice and mix well.

Step 3: Put the bowl into the fridge and leave to set overnight.

Step 4: Serve into a bowl, add vanilla yoghurt and fruit to the top…and enjoy!
