Breakfast of champions! A good day starts with a good breakfast.
4 tbls Made by Cow Cold Pressed Raw Milk
2 tsp finely chopped herbs (parsley, chives, oregano – whatever floats your boat!)
Heat frypan on medium heat. Wisk eggs, milk and herbs together. Add to the frypan and lower the heat, cook until the omelette is set on one side, then flip and cook the other side. Serve with bread and salt and pepper to taste.
