OVERNIGHT OATS

Prep the night before for a quick, easy, delicious and nutritious start to the day.

Ingredients:

40g rolled oats

150ml Made by Cow Cold Pressed Raw milk

1 tsp honey

Handful of berries

Method:

Put all ingredients into a jar, mix well and refrigerate overnight. For extra goodness, sprinkle with your choice of nuts and seeds.
