According to a 2021 independent study by DTS Laboratories comparing 100ml of our Jersey milk with 100ml of a popular milk brand, our highly nutritious cold pressed raw milk has:

·      24% more protein

·      25% more calcium

·      57% more vitamin B12

·      40% more vitamin B2

In fact, a cup of our Jersey milk delivers 38% of your recommended dietary intake (RDI) of calcium, 52% of your RDI for vitamin B2 and 48% of your RDI for vitamin B12*. 

What’s more, our milk is enzyme-rich, has a higher level of potassium than mainstream milk and boasts essential fatty acids – the healthy fats. 

More dietary pep than plant-based products

Our milk also has the nutritional upper hand compared with most plant-based milk alternatives. For many people, dairy is their main source of calcium. But many plant-based alternatives are low in both calcium and protein. The protein in dairy helps us maintain muscle mass. And most almond milks, for example, comprise only about 5 to 10% almonds – with water making up the rest! 

Plus, plant-based products often add emulsifiers to their milk, which may be bad for your gut health.

The reason behind all this nutritional goodness in our cold pressed raw milk is our unique minimal-intervention process. Unlike mainstream milk manufacturing processes, which deplete the milk of its natural vitamins, enzymes and nutrients, our process takes the harmful bacteria out of the milk but retains all of its nutritional goodness. 

The result? Our milk has a nearly identical nutritional profile to milk straight from the cow, but you can rest assured knowing it’s safe for you to sip, cook with, and enjoy in an even richer morning cuppa.

We currently offer three products: our black-label Jersey milk, our blue-label full-cream milk and our red-label lactose-free milk. 

If you’re wondering which one is right for you, the main difference between our products is the cows from which we source the milk. Our Jersey milk, unsurprisingly, comes from Jersey cows, who produce a more premium source of milk that’s superior in both nutrition and flavour. Jersey cows produce milk that’s high in the A2 protein, and also with a higher fat content than other cows, making it all the more creamy and delicious. Our blue label boasts all the cold pressed benefits, only it’s sourced from Friesian cows, which means it’s a little less creamy. And lastly, our new lactose-free milk is suitable for those with lactose intolerance, allowing them to finally enjoy all the cold pressed benefits without the side effects.
