RAW MILK BANANA BREAD

A satisfying snack for anytime of the day. The cold pressed raw milk creates a bread that is so deliciously rich.

Ingredients:

⅓ cup melted coconut oil

½ cup raw honey or pure maple syrup

2 eggs

1 cup mashed ripe bananas

¼ cup Made By Cow Cold Pressed Raw Milk

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp ground cinnamon

1 ¾ cups white flour

Method:

Preheat oven to 165 degrees Celsius and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, beat the coconut oil and honey together. Add the eggs and beat well, then whisk in the mashed bananas and milk. Add the baking soda, vanilla, salt and cinnamon and whisk to blend. Stir in the flour until just combined.

Pour the batter into your greased loaf pan and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Bake for 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes before serving.
